• Only import trade data from accounts you own and control
• Not attempt to manipulate or falsify your trade statistics
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. TradeSeal is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

4. Trading Data & Verification

TradeSeal displays trade data you import. We do not provide financial advice. Verified performance reflects historical results and does not guarantee future returns. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the trading data you import. By posting content on TradeSeal, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users as part of the platform's functionality.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

7. Disclaimer

TradeSeal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data displayed on this platform.

8. Copyright & DMCA

TradeSeal respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content posted on TradeSeal infringes your copyright, send a written notice to tradesealapp@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown" including:

• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL or specific location of the infringing material on TradeSeal
• A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review valid notices promptly and may remove the content and notify the user who posted it. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address.
